1. Shipping

We deliver exclusively within South Africa using Courier Guy.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate(R175,50) applied at checkout.

  • No free shipping is available at this time.

We will send tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery delays beyond our control (such as strikes, load-shedding or extreme weather) are not the responsibility of Juanita du Plessis Exclusive Range.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

3. Returns

We accept returns only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
To request a return, email shop@juanitaduplessis.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if a product is returned opened, used or damaged.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for items received damaged or defective upon delivery. Proof of damage must be provided within 48 hours of receipt.
