Discount coupons or promotional codes:

  • Can only be used once per customer.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship within South Africa using Courier Guy.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, strikes, load-shedding, weather or other events beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products that remain in their original packaging.

Once approved, you may return the item at your own cost to our provided return address.
Refunds (excluding shipping) will be processed once the product has been received and inspected.
